When it was finished, people cheered and he said, "So what if it's finished? I just want to cry." And he asked me to write an article about Yueyang Tower for him.

I looked at the portrait he had given me of Yueyang Tower, and only Dongting Lake matched him. Dongting Lake! Connecting with the distant mountains and blending with the Yangtze River, the water is mighty and boundless, and the changes of the scenery are endless! Is this the majestic light of Yueyang Tower? Oh, the predecessors detailed ah! Looking at the painting, there are many people and poets like me who have been degraded here, and the feelings triggered by seeing natural scenery should be different?

On a mild day in spring, the bright sun shone on the calm lake without a ripple. The sky is lined with the light of the lake, the light of the lake reflects the sky, and the above and below are a piece of green. The sand gulls in the sky fly and stop, the fish in the water swim and swim. The flowers and plants on the shore exude a rich fragrance, refreshing the heart. At night, you can see the clouds on the lake clear, the moonlight shining for thousands of miles; Moonlight and water waves ripple together, flashing golden light, the reflection of the moon immersed in the bottom, like a piece of round jade. The duet of fishing songs is filled with boundless joy...

At this time, climbing the Yueyang Tower, you will be relaxed and happy, and forget all honor and shame. Raise your glass to drink, face the wind, will only feel very happy and happy.

就在庆历四年的时候，我的好友滕子京被贬谪到巴陵郡。滕子京很伤心也很悲愤，可这又什么办法呢？他只能拿出经历治理这里。到了第二年，原来贫穷落后的郡竟然变成了繁华的城市，用八个字来说，那就是“政通人和，百废俱兴”。既然滕子京功劳这么大，他怎么不犒劳一下自己的功力呢？于是，他就重新修建岳阳楼，并在岳阳楼的上面刻上从唐朝到现在诗人的诗文。建好了以后，人们欢呼，而他却说：“建好了又怎么样，我只想大哭一场。”并且，他叫我写篇关于岳阳楼的文章给他。

我看了看他给我的岳阳楼的画像，只有洞庭湖与他相称。洞庭湖啊！与远处的山衔接，与长江交融，水势浩浩荡荡的，没有边际，而且一天里阴晴多变化，景象的变化无穷无尽呀！这就是岳阳楼的雄伟奇光吗？呵呵，前人的叙述详细了呀！在画中看了看，有许多与我一样被贬的人和诗人在这里，看到自然景物所触发的感情应该有所不同吧？

遇到春天温和的日子，明媚的阳光照射在平静的湖面上，没有一丝儿波澜。天色衬着湖光，湖光映着天色，上下是一片碧绿。天上的沙鸥飞飞停停，水里的鱼儿游来游去。岸边的花草散发出浓郁的芳香，沁人心脾。在夜间还可以看到湖上的烟云一扫而空，皎洁的月光普照千里；月光与水波一起荡漾，闪烁着金光，月亮的倒影沉浸在水底，宛如一块璧玉。渔歌的对唱，洋溢着无边的欢乐……

这时候登上岳阳楼，一定会心旷神怡，把一切荣誉和耻辱都忘掉了。举杯畅饮，临风开怀，只会感到无比的欣慰和欢喜。
